The range of XR and TRK ranges of Edge Trim Granulators from TRIA were designed to satisfy customers growing needs for edge trims to sheet extrusion recovery in PS, PP, PET.
The TRK series are extremely silent machines, designed to satisfy customers' growing needs from edge trims to sheet extrusion recovery in PS, PP, PET, PA with thickness 0,1 to 3,0 mm. These needs are related to the use of most tenacious resins, to increments of speed and thickness that require granulators performance increasing. This series of very silent machines responds to all these needs.
The new XR series is able to satisfy the most particular needs. It is ideal for fast extrusion line and thinner thickness of material, PS, PP, PLA, PET with slippery and sticky additives. An independent dancing arms and internal rollers adapt to the thickness of the trims, allowing to better manage every type of material in the process. The small size and the protected mechanical parts allow for safe use and maintenance.
