The BM series of granulators from TRIA, are specifically designed for recycling plastic sprues and other reject parts in injection moulding, blow moulding, extrusion, and thermoforming, and are available in a range of speeds. Their technical design includes bearing and dust guard guaranteeing reliability.
The rotor and fixed blades granulate plastic materials efficiently due to an optimised cutting angle. A hollow rotor and oblique cutting action significantly reduce energy.
Blades are easily dismantled and can be sharpened several times. A double opening feature of the cutting chamber and a removable screen ensure easy and fast cleaning.
