Just a quick email to thank you all for organising the repair of our process cooling system, I know it took some work to be able to get the parts ordered and delivered for a Sunday but it’s much appreciated. And thanks your engineer for the seamless exchange of the motor pump, as always great work.

The savings from the 1 off Microgel unit we have has paid for the 5 additional unit we are ordering, and that is just on production hours saved, we have not yet considered the energy savings.
