on ensuring that we can deliver the same service on any equipment from any manufacturers, and we haven’t found a unit we cannot assist yet. The easiest way to explain it; if you are cooling air or fluid, we can support you.

We believe to look after your equipment effectively it is much more than sending a quotation for 2 visits per year. To ensure we deliver the correct service and maintenance for you, we will first create your unique package. We create this by providing a dedicated account manager who will understand the importance of the cooling equipment to your business.

We have built our service team to be able to accommodate any customer in England, Wales, and Scotland.
Technology?
We understand that it is important to have the experienced service engineers, who are focussed on first visit fix, but who also have the latest digitisation systems to resolve breakdowns in the shortest time possible reducing downtime and ensuring there is no delay from the report coming into fault finding and signing off the action required to fix. We also will onboard you to our data software, which will hold all your equipment information available via a data tag, which includes O&M, drawings, schematics, energy logs, and system trends.
