How Do Temperature Control Units Work?
Temperature Control Units (TCUs) are essential tools in maintaining precise temperature regulation in industrial processes. These units operate by circulating a heat transfer fluid, such as water or oil, through a closed-loop system to manage heating or cooling as needed. The TCU monitors the temperature of the fluid and adjusts it to ensure the process remains at the desired set point.
Cooling is achieved by routing the fluid through a cooling coil or exchanger. A temperature sensor continuously monitors the output, sending data back to the controller to maintain the required temperature range.
