DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Working as a Junior Technical Sales Engineer, you will be expected to learn everything about Summit, you will sit alongside other teams to learn what their roles entail, to then learn our products and how they work. Once you are competent at this, you will then shadow our sales team and visit clients. You will be expected to learn and grow within your role to sell what Summit do best. Once training is completed you will be expected to visit clients solo, and so a hunger for knowledge is needed for this role. You will be open to change, help others within the company and to be positive influence on others.

We will provide all the knowledge we have learnt over the last 30 years to aid your success; we will open our suit of tools that will have everything you need to learn and provided 1-to-1 coaching to strengthen the parts you find most difficult.

Engineering Skills, or technical knowledge. Whether you are new or experienced within the industry, we will provide all the training required to allow you to succeed in this role.
