WSB-MB Micro Blender

The WSB-MB Micro Blender, manufactured in 2005 and in fair condition, is designed for precise small-batch material processing with a capacity of 0.4 kg per batch. It features four removable 10″ x 10″ hoppers, including one corner valve and three pivot valves, enabling flexibility in material handling. With a throughput capacity of up to 45 kg/hour, this unit is compact yet efficient, measuring 720 mm in height, 770 mm in width, and 560 mm in depth, with a total weight of 50 kg. The blender is suitable for operations requiring accurate material mixing within limited space constraints.

Compressed Air Dryer (SDAC2)

The SDAC2 compressed air dryer, manufactured in 2014 and in good condition, offers effective drying for plastic materials. It supports a drying capacity of 1–3 m³/h at operating temperatures of up to 140°C, ensuring reliable performance for additive hopper applications. This unit integrates seamlessly with the Micro Blender, enhancing material preparation and preventing moisture-related issues during processing.
