Turbogel Temperature Control Unit (2021)

The RBM Turbogel is a high-performance mould cooling unit specifically designed to reduce cycle cooling time, enhancing production efficiency. Equipped with a 6 kW high-flow booster pump temperature controller, it offers precise control over heating and cooling sequences to optimise both product quality and cycle time. Digitally synchronised with the moulding machine, it enables the research and recording of ideal cooling parameters, ensuring repeatable and consistent performance. Additionally, a 1.5 kW high-pressure process pump ensures effective heat transfer, even under demanding conditions.

This unit is a used TURBOGEL RBM80/6 SP 400/50 Temperature Controller manufactured in 2021. Despite slight scuffs on the top of the body, it is in good overall condition and ready for operation.
