What Hopper Loaders will do for you..

Hopper Loaders have been designed specifically for the task of transporting plastic granules in a vacuum from one location (Floor level) to an elevated location (machine hopper).

Single Phase Hopper Loaders use the same principle as a vacuum cleaner except it sucks up granules instead of dust. The vacuum motor will run for a set time, drawing material up the flexible hose to the machine hopper. The cycle is then repeated until the hopper is full.

 

Three Phase Hopper Loaders work on the same principle except that they have a separate external three phase vacuum pump instead of the inboard single phase unit, which offers a more durable solution for higher throughput to transporting material over a larger distance.
